Our Story
Bina Group is a vertically integrated building protection company with six entities spanning manufacturing, distribution, project execution, training, and certification. With our own factory producing 30,000 litres per day across 350 SKUs — all SIRIM, ISO, and CIDB certified — we control quality from raw material to final application.
But we realised that great products alone aren't enough. 90% of building protection failures come from wrong application, not product defects. That's why we built Bina Trust — a complete certification ecosystem that trains applicators, certifies their skills, inspects their work, and backs it with warranties.

The 4-Gate Quality Model
Every Bina Trust certification passes through four checkpoints.
Gate 1: Pre-Registration
- • Screen and onboard only qualified contractors
- • Written test + practical assessment
- • Only those who pass become BCAN certified
Gate 2: Risk Assessment
- • Every project tagged by complexity and risk level
- • Match risk level to contractor capability
- • High-risk projects assigned to higher-tier contractors
Gate 3: Applicator Assignment
- • Certified contractor assigned by category, tier, location
- • Tier priority: Elite → Pro → Plus → Basic
- • Elite gets 7-day exclusive window for projects ≥RM50K
Gate 4: Warranty Issuance
- • Post-completion inspection by Bina team
- • All 5 requirements met → certificate issued
- • Building enters the Bina Trust Registry
- • Warranty coverage: 5/7/10 years depending on tier

Applied by BCAN Member
Applicator must be a certified BCAN member
Method Statement Followed
Bina method statement for the specific category
Site Inspection Passed
Pre, during, and post inspection by Bina team
Bina Warranty Issued
Warranty certificate issued upon completion
